1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old and legally permitted to use ReelHook. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms for you.
ReelHook may create an anonymous account tied to your installation. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and for activity performed through your account.
2. The ReelHook Service
ReelHook helps Instagram creators develop ideas and generate ready-to-use post packages that may include hooks, captions, calls to action, hashtags, scripts, and format-specific suggestions.
Features, credit costs, limits, supported formats, and availability may change as the service evolves. We will not retroactively remove credits you already purchased except where required to correct fraud, duplicate grants, chargebacks, or technical errors.
3. Your Responsibilities
You agree to use ReelHook lawfully and in accordance with Instagram’s rules and any other rules that apply to your post. You must not:
- Submit content you do not have the right to use
- Generate or distribute illegal, harmful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or privacy-violating material
- Attempt to bypass credit limits, security controls, rate limits, or purchase verification
- Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to the service
- Use generated material without checking its accuracy, legality, suitability, and required disclosures
4. AI-Generated Results
AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsuitable, or similar to material generated for others. ReelHook does not guarantee originality, exclusivity, factual accuracy, engagement, reach, ranking, sales, or that a post will go viral.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, publishing, and using results, including verifying facts, rights, endorsements, advertising disclosures, hashtags, and compliance with applicable law and Instagram policies. ReelHook does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
5. Your Content and Generated Posts
You retain your rights in the ideas, profile information, and other material you submit. You grant ReelHook a limited, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and format that material only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
As between you and ReelHook, ReelHook does not claim ownership of generated post text created for you. Your ability to use a result may be affected by applicable law or third-party rights, and no intellectual-property ownership or exclusivity is guaranteed for AI-generated material.
6. Subscriptions and Credit Packs
Paid features may be offered through auto-renewing subscriptions and consumable credit packs purchased through Apple’s App Store. Prices and included benefits are shown before purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, subject to Apple’s applicable terms
- Apple charges your Apple ID and controls billing, cancellations, taxes, and refund processing
- You can manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple ID settings; deleting ReelHook does not cancel a subscription
- Credit packs are one-time consumable purchases. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are used when eligible generation operations complete
- Except where required by law or Apple policy, used credits and partially used subscription periods are not refundable
- If a paid generation fails before completion, ReelHook may automatically restore the applicable credit; purchase or credit discrepancies may require support review
Refund requests must be submitted to Apple and are decided under Apple’s policies and applicable law. Restoring purchases generally restores eligible subscriptions; consumable credits are reconciled only when the purchase can be securely verified.
7. ReelHook Intellectual Property
The ReelHook service, software, interface, branding, logos, designs, documentation, and underlying technology are owned by ReelHook or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose.
8. Third-Party Services
ReelHook relies on services provided by Apple, Instagram, OpenAI, Supabase, Firebase, RevenueCat, and other providers. Their own terms and policies may apply. ReelHook is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram, and Instagram is not responsible for ReelHook.
9. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using ReelHook at any time. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, comply with law, respond to fraud or security risks, address nonpayment or chargebacks, or enforce these Terms.
Account termination does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limitations—will survive.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReelHook is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReelHook and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunities; content performance; actions by Instagram or another platform; or reliance on generated material.
Where liability cannot be excluded, ReelHook’s aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to ReelHook through the App Store during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD $25. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
12. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update ReelHook and these Terms to reflect product, legal, security, or operational changes. We will post revised Terms and update the “Last updated” date. If a material change requires notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide it. Continued use after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
